The Flush & Fill is a robust heavy duty machine for fast and easy filling, flushing and venting of closed systems. The large particle filter and pair of Adey MAGNACLEAN Professional XP2 filters clean even the dirtiest of heating system quickly and easily. 

  • Ideal for underfloor heating, solar thermal and the purging of air and dosing of glycol/inhibitor in Air Source Heat Pump systems.
  • High volume pump has a controllable flow rate of up to 35 litres per minute and up to 2Bar maximum pressure.
  • Rated for fuel transfer this makes the pump the ideal tool for liquids including heat transfer liquids, frost protections liquids, water and small diameter suspensions.
  • Robust construction makes it suitable for all site applications.

The Flush & Fill³? is a compact machine with dimensions 600mmW, 1200mmH and 600mmD. It will pass through standard doorways and fits upright in the smallest of vans.

The pump is mounted on anti-vibration mounts with a sturdy tubular steel frame and 2 solid tyres for ease of movement over rough ground.

The Flush & Fill¹?? is specifically designed for the purging of air and dosing of glycol/inhibitor in Commercial & Domestic Ground Source Heat Pump systems.

Also be suitable for use on conventional larger Commercial Heating systems.
