Once you have placed an order, you will shortly receive a confirmation email.

Once you've placed your order, we'll start processing it immediately.

While we cannot guarantee the changes are possible (if you are ordering bespoke items for example), we will do our best to assist you.

Payment failures may occur due to incorrect details, insufficient funds or security settings. Try using a different payment method or contact your bank for assistance.

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver your process and order as soon as we receive it.

Order handling time is between 1-2 business days.

Transit time is between 1-2 business days.

We process orders on business weekdays. If you order on a weekend, your order will be processed the following Monday.

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track your order.

If your order is delayed or hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact our support team at webshop@mlcp-direct.co.uk and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Return & Refund

We offer a 14-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at webshop@mlcp-direct.co.uk with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
