Shipping policy

At MLCP-Direct, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

1. Where We Ship:

Our warehouse shop is based in Cardiff, South Wales. We ship across the mainland UK.

Free pickup at our store is available.

We aim to deliver your items within 1 - 2 business days. These delivery dates are approximate.

We currently do not ship to:

  • Northern Ireland

  • Channel Islands

  • British Islands

  • Scottish Islands

  • Scottish Highlands

  • British Forces Post Office Addresses

If you order before midday (12pm GMT), we will process your order on that same day.

The listed items are an exception:

·       Flush & Fill Machines – 3 – 4 weeks approximate delivery.

We use third-party couriers for our mainland UK delivery. Our couriers can include FedEx and Palletways. Couriers may vary depending on order.

Our delivery prices are based on weight and/or size of items at checkout. Shipping rates may vary. Please read below for how we charge for shipping.

2. Handling Time:

Orders are processed within 1 - 2 working days. If you place an order after 12:00 PM (GMT+00:00) Greenwich Mean Time (London), we will process it on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time frames:

  • All orders: The estimated delivery time is 1 - 2 business days.

Our Shipping Rates Exclude VAT. Our Product Prices Exclude VAT.

  • Free delivery is available on orders over £350.
  • Bundle Pack Delivery is not eligible for free delivery.

5. Shipping Carriers:

We use FedEx and PalletWays to ensure reliable delivery.

6. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number along with a link so you can follow your package online.
